We started this journey together eight months ago when I announced my candidacy for Wyoming Governor in January. I have appreciated your tremendous contributions and support in running a solid, clean grassroots campaign. My family and I will be forever grateful. We ran a great campaign and I am so very proud of our conduct.
I will never second guess what we did because given all that we knew and the resources at hand we made good choices. I'm glad that we don't have a crystal ball because if that was a part of our lives we'd probably all simply hide under our beds in fear of what was coming next. God has never given me a burden that I was unable to handle and turn into a positive in my life and I do have comfort knowing that this campaign loss will be no exception.
Now we must come together to guide Wyoming into the future with a Republican at the helm. As I committed when I announced my candidacy, I will be supporting Matt Mead for Wyoming Governor on November 2 in any way that I can. I ask that you also consider supporting Matt Mead and that together we elect a Republican as the next Governor of the great state of Wyoming.
